Auth changes since 4.0.46?

Hi,

Has anything changed since 4.0.46 (now on 4.0.54) when it comes to RequiredPermission. Having upgraded, a service method annotated with a Permission that definitely exists on iAuthSession is now generating a HTTP 403.
