Elmah logging for SelfHosted (Topshelf) services

The Elmah logger rquires a HttpApplication instance passed into it. We made a version that does not require this. I think it is a good option to add for ServiceStack. How can we get this to you?

A pull request would be ideal, preferably to the existing ServiceStack.Logging.Elmah project.
