I would like to know what is the EndOfLife policy of SS
I’ve search the documentation and trying to read the licence but I’ve found nothing
I’ve an active subscription, unfortunatly I’m stucked at v5.9.2.
Is v5.9.2 still supported (at least for security fix)?
Is there some LTS support policy for newer versions?
ServiceStack only ships forward-only releases, i.e. bugs and new features are first deployed to pre-release packages before being released to NuGet in the next version, any bugs in that version are resolved in the next pre-release then in the released versions on NuGet, etc.
If there are workarounds for vulnerabilities that don’t require upgrading we’ll document them as we’ve done for the JWT Auth Provider. Otherwise you’d need to update to newer versions for any software fixes.
Alternatively you can download the ServiceStack Source Code Release published for each release and create any modified custom builds yourself.
