Error creating React App from template

Hi,
I’m trying to create a ReactJs web project using the vs2017 template in vs2017 community edition, but I get the following error

I’ve tried installing Cordova via npm install -g cordova but that has not helped.

Is there anything else I have to install or do to get templates working?

Solved, it was down to a dodgy vs-tac cordova installation…
