How to response Datetimeoffset like this format "2015-05-28 00:00:00.0000000 +08:00"

The DateTimeOffset response format is /Date(XXXXX-XXX)/, but i want to use “2015-05-28 00:00:00.0000000 +08:00”, how to do it.
