Multiple group bys in OrmLite

Hi all,

I have an SqlExoression and would like to group by 2 columns. Is this possible somehow with Ormlite? I have tried chaining groupbys together but it doesnt work and there is no overload for multiple group by columns.

Support for multiple Group By was recently added and is available from v4.5.5+ on MyGet
