It would be possible to extend the method OpenAsync(…) to get named connection?

I’ve added OpenAsync API for named connections in this commit but I need to do more testing in the next couple of days with the pre-release builds before I publish a new version on MyGet.

FYI, The new dbFactory.OpenAsync(namedConnection) is now available now from v5.1.1 on MyGet.
