The Rider plugin does not work with Rider v2022.3.1

We’ll check this out, in the meantime you can use x tool to add ServiceStack References which can also be configured as an External Tool in Rider.

An update to support the latest version has been submitted to the Jetbrains Plugins marketplace and is awaiting approval. I’ll post here once it is available, but your IDE should pick up the update automatically as well.
If you need it to unblock you now, it is also available on GitHub in the ServiceStackRider repository as a release.
