Wrong Dll version for ServiceStack.Pcl.Mac20.dll

Hello,

I stumbled upon a minor issue with the Dll ServiceStack.Pcl.Mac20.dll found in the Nuget package ServiceStack.Client V4.0.47: its version is set to 1.0.5778.26702 instead of the same version as the other Dlls of the package.

Yeah the Mac20.dll needs to be built manually on OSX as our CI Server runs on a Windows machine in AWS. Although the version number shouldn’t have any impact at runtime.
